ABOUT ME

I am a graduate of studies in Clinical Dietetics (Witelon University of Applied Sciences in Legnica) and a second degree in Sports Dietetics (UP Poznań). He is interested in the physiology and biochemistry of physical exercise, autoimmune diseases, in particular thyroid disorders, abnormalities in the functioning of glucose and insulin metabolism, endometriosis and SIBO. I believe that nutrition, as an environmental factor subject to modulation, has a huge impact on the manifestations of many autoimmune diseases and others. A very important aspect for me is also a holistic approach to health problems, because people cannot live by diet alone

I specialize in, among others: in nutritional support for the treatment of obesity, metabolic diseases (Insulin resistance, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, gout), intestinal diseases (SIBO, IMO, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel diseases), endometriosis, cancer, managing patients on elimination diets, and nutritional support for people physically active at both amateur and professional levels. I conduct training in the field of nutritional education and clinical and sports dietetics.

I am co-author of a scientific study (Interaction of bicarbonate kinetics and gastrointestinal disturbances on ergogenic potential after sodium bicarbonate consumption: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37127791/), numerous articles and original recipes, primarily simple to prepare, yet healthy and tasty. I regularly expand my knowledge by participating in numerous trainings, courses and scientific conferences. My main area of interest is research on the physiology of physical exercise
